Dr. Christian Dorda          >>back to overview Christian Dorda is the founding partner of leading law firm Dorda Brugger & Jordis, Vienna. He is advising in commercial matters and specialises in M&A and corporate and tax restructurings. His work includes the sale of business enterprises, joint ventures, privatisations and arbitration. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Chamber of Commerce in Austria, the permanent legal counsel to the French-Austrian Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Editorial Board of the European Lawyer and a member and the chairman of the M&A Commission of the Union Internationale des Avocats. He is also a member of the supervisory board of Austrian corporations and of the management board of private foundations. He is the author of many articles on corporate and commercial law and numerous conference papers.
