After two years of constant growth, nw! reached a state, where the company had to be re-organized.

Developing and growing is one thing, but when the root is about to crack the pot, it is necessary to give this radix a new home which is also reflected in new legal structures.
During this change process we have broadened our service portfolio. We added to the already existing agency competencies in the fields of marketing & sales with the knowledge and human development two new business lines.
This is why we now put all our efforts into RADIX & partners GmbH, which embraces the same values and principles as the predecessor company.

Also, the management team has developed. Mr. Schroeder left the board to set sails for new individual destinations.
Two of the former external consultants, Mr. Tichy and Mr. Waldheim, have joined in to form together with Mr. Puls an experienced and already fine tuned ensemble.
